Design
We have our own design and engineering office, executing projects using modern CAD/CAM systems. The systems include CATIA V5, CATIA V6, Creo 3.0, EdgeCam, HyperCAD-S.
production of tooling
We design and manufacture inspection, assembly, machining, and welding tools, gauges, molds, and maintenance docks for helicopters.
AEROSPACE engine components
We manufacture precision components for aircraft engines, made from materials used in the aerospace industry, such as nickel and titanium alloys, inconel, and aluminum.
Processes are carried out in accordance with applicable quality standards and the individual requirements of aviation customers.
NDT Testing – PT
We perform non-destructive testing using the fluorescent penetrant method, ensuring effective quality control of components.
Testing is carried out as a special process in accordance with NADCAP requirements.
Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM)
We offer electrical discharge machining (EDM) – an advanced machining technique enabling the precise formation of complex shapes and structures impossible to achieve with traditional methods.
An ideal technology for machining hard materials, used in the production of components for the aerospace industry.
Plastics Processing
We manufacture plastic products on injection molding machines with clamping forces of 80t, 160t, and 380t. We produce parts for the aerospace, automotive, cosmetic, and home appliance industries.
CMM Metrology
We perform comprehensive measurements using modern metrology equipment.
