Our services
We offer specialized manufacturing and design for aviation, combining craftsmanship with technology. Production of Aircraft Engine Parts
We manufacture aircraft components from aluminum, titanium, and steel. For many years, we have carried out series production of parts. We take pride in our high quality and our team of highly qualified employees.
Design of Aviation Tools
In our fully equipped design and technology office, a team of educated, experienced, and creative engineers and process engineers develop designs and technological processes using CATIA V5, Catia V6, Pro/Engineer, Creo 3.0, AUTO CAD, and EdgeCam.
Manufacturing of Aviation Tooling
We produce, among others: stamping dies, cutting dies, wax pattern moulds, machining fixtures, measuring instruments, assembly tools, vulcanization moluds, and injection moulds.
Manufacturing of Space Industry Tools
Recently, we have been proud to cooperate on the production of parts for the space industry.

We also manufacture tooling for many other industries, including automotive, cosmetics, and household appliances.
Production of Plastic Components
Our machine park offers production on injection moulding machines of 80t, 160t, and 380t. We manufacture parts for the aviation, automotive, cosmetics, and household appliance sectors.
Aircraft Assembly Structures
We design and manufacture aircraft assembly structures according to customer orders. With our extensive machinery – milling machines, lathes, saws, grinders, and measuring equipment – we can carry out orders with high accuracy and precision.
Non-Destructive Testing (FPI)
Fluorescent penetrant inspection reveals the location of potential surface defects. The FPI method enables the detection of even the smallest inconsistencies. We conduct these tests in accordance with CFPS-E.1 acceptance standards, as well as CFPM-4 and CFPM-1 process classes.
